- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) while you prep the cauliflower.
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, then dry well with a clean towel or paper towels to help the batter stick.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a smooth batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then toss in the panko breadcrumbs to coat evenly. Place the coated florets in a bowl.
- Lightly drizzle the olive oil over the breaded cauliflower and toss gently to coat. This helps achieve a crispy texture in the air fryer.
- Arrange the coated florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crisping.
