  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (use gluten-free panko for GF)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme mix)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to get it ready for cooking.
